Tamia Boyer is a seasoned occupational safety professional with 35 years of experience across construction, environmental health, manufacturing, and workforce development. Since 1997, she has built Boyer Consulting Services into a recognized training practice, delivering OSHA compliance courses and workforce development programs to employers across the United States. Her career spans both active field work in high-risk industries and nearly three decades of formal instruction — a combination that distinguishes her training from providers whose expertise is limited to the classroom.

Tamia holds an OSHA 500 Authorized Trainer designation, BCSP Certified Health and Safety Technician (CHST) designation, TESOL certification, SafeServ credential, EPA Master Home Environmentalist certification, and an NSC Advanced Safety Certificate. That breadth of credentialing reflects a career built on addressing the full spectrum of workplace risk — from physical hazards on construction sites to the language barriers that put multilingual workforces at elevated danger.
